You will need...
100ml Coconut milk
100ml Coconut water
7g of Mitchells Bone Broth Powder or Collagen Peptides (2 heaped scoops)
20g Spinach (hand full)
60g frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon Chia seeds
Simply add all the ingredients into your blender, blend until fully mixed, enjoy.
