Its as easy as scoop, blend, revitalise.

You will need...

100ml Coconut milk

100ml Coconut water

7g of Mitchells Bone Broth Powder or Collagen Peptides (2 heaped scoops)

20g Spinach (hand full)

60g frozen blueberries 

1 teaspoon Chia seeds

     

    Simply add all the ingredients into your blender, blend until fully mixed, enjoy.

    Perfect for that weekend smoothie in the sun or that quick breakfast before rushing out the door.
