You will need..
- 225ml of boiled water (1 cup)
- 7g of Mitchells bone broth powder (2 heaped scoops)
- A pinch of sea salt
- A slice of fresh Ginger
Simply add the 2 scoops of Mitchells bone broth to a cup, pour over the hot water, stir until mixed then add the pinch of salt and slice of ginger.
Sit back relax and enjoy.
