Shipping policy

New Zealand

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders $85 NZD and over, including all Subscribe & Save orders.

Standard Shipping Rates: For orders under $85, standard shipping is $7.00. Rural delivery and Waiheke Island delivery are $9.00.

Local Pick-Up: Customers in Tauranga can opt for local pick-up from our office/warehouse, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Please select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout.

Delivery Information: Orders are sent via NZ Post courier and can be delivered to post office boxes and rural addresses. A tracking number will be provided with each order.

Dispatch & Delivery Times: Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day. Expect delivery within 1–3 working days from the time your order is received.

Address Changes: Once you receive your tracking number, you can update the delivery address directly with NZ Post. Note: NZ Post now charges for address changes. While we’ll do our best to accommodate updates, we may not see your email before your order is shipped. Please double-check your address carefully.

Australia

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 AUD to Australia. Orders over $100 are sent via NZ Post International.

Standard shipping: Between $5 - $15 AUD (via NZ Post International, transferred to AUS Post, 4–6 business days).

DHL Express shipping: $27 AUD (air-freight, next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 pm NZST).

Delivery Information: We can deliver to PO boxes and most addresses within Australia.

Address Changes: Please check your address carefully as we are not responsible for any address changes. We will endeavour to accommodate your changes where possible, but it is a possibility that we will not see your email prior to your items being shipped. Note that when you receive your tracking number, you are able to change the delivery address as the customer. 

Worldwide (via DHL)

USA: $25.00 - $40.00 USD

NOTE:

Before placing an order, there are a few important things we need to be very clear about:

  • All USA orders are final. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to offer refunds if you decide the tariff charge is too high. The cost of return handling and re-shipping is unfortunately prohibitive for us.

  • Tariff charges are set by DHL and US customs. We’re unable to confirm how much the additional tariff fee will be in advance, and once your order leaves our warehouse, we can’t assist with any extra charges applied by DHL or customs.

Canada: $32.00 - $54.00 CAD

China: ¥150 - ¥240 CNY

Japan: ¥3,100 - ¥4,800 JPY

Indonesia: 270,000.00 - 480,000.00 IDR

Singapore: $22.00 - $40.00 SGD
