Our Daily Greens is delicious on it's own, but we've discovered a bougie way to get your greens in: A Daily Greens Mocktail. It's fresh, clean and packed with goodness. The ultimate way to start your day, and even better for non-alcohol entertaining!

Ingredients (serves 1)
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 green apple, cored
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 cm)
- 2 tsp Daily Greens Powder
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Sparkling water (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly. Slice the celery, cucumber, and apple into chunks. Peel the ginger if desired.
- Run all ingredients through juicer or add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and strain through a sieve or nut milk bag. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water or sparkling water for your preferred consistency.
- Give your mocktail a quick taste. Add more lemon juice or ginger if you like it zippier.
- Pour into a glass over ice for an extra-refreshing drink. Garnish with a lemon wheel or cucumber slice if you want to get fancy!
- Finally, add your Daily Greens, using the Mitchells Mixer to combine.
Tips
- For an extra boost, sprinkle in some chia seeds (allowing to swell) or a few fresh mint leaves.
- You can make a larger batch and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours - just give it a quick stir before serving.
