Ingredients:

  • 1 serve of Real Strawberry Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup coconut milk)
  • 1 serve matcha, of choice
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Instructions:

  1. Start by adding the strawberries and protein powder to a blender, with a splash of water if needed. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl, stir through the chia seeds, then spoon into the base of a glass. Set aside for 5–10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
  2. In a large mug or jug, combine the boiling water and matcha (following your matcha’s instructions). Using The Mitchells Mixer, blend until completely smooth and dissolved. Set aside.
  3. Place the ice cubes on top of the strawberry chia layer, then gently pour over the coconut milk.
  4. Slowly pour the matcha over the top layer. Serve immediately and enjoy.
