Ingredients:
- 1 serve of Real Strawberry Bone Broth Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup coconut milk)
- 1 serve matcha, of choice
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Instructions:
- Start by adding the strawberries and protein powder to a blender, with a splash of water if needed. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl, stir through the chia seeds, then spoon into the base of a glass. Set aside for 5–10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
- In a large mug or jug, combine the boiling water and matcha (following your matcha’s instructions). Using The Mitchells Mixer, blend until completely smooth and dissolved. Set aside.
- Place the ice cubes on top of the strawberry chia layer, then gently pour over the coconut milk.
- Slowly pour the matcha over the top layer. Serve immediately and enjoy.
