Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 banana (frozen) 
  • 1 scoop Mitchells Banana Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice (start with less, add more if you need) 
  • 1/2 cup greek or coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds and/or flaxseeds
  • 1 banana (fresh)
  • Handful of berries
  • Sprinkle of granola
  • Handful of coconut flakes
  • Handful of cacao nibs

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, banana protein powder, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour your smoothie into a bowl. (Smoothie bowls are all about presentation, so get creative!)
  4. Add your toppings - fresh banana slices, berries, crunchy granola, a sprinkle of coconut, or cacao nibs.
