  • 4 Servings of spaghetti pasta
  • 2 Small onions
  • 2 - 4 Tbsp Grass-fed butter
  • 2 - 3 Cloves fresh garlic
  • 700g Grass-fed ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Mitchells Bone Broth Powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1-2 Tbsp onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp Beef Liver Powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1-2 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a pan, sauté onions in butter, add salt, pepper, tomato paste, bone broth, and all spices.
  2. Let simmer until onions are clear. Stir often to avoid burning.
  3. Add mince and cook until browned.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes.
  5. Stir to combine and let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
  6. While waiting, prepare spaghetti using packet instructions.
