Digest-SOOTHE is a blend of herbs traditionally used to soothe and settle the tummy and promote digestive ease and comfort. Best enjoyed between meals and in the evening to relax the belly and mind.

Digest SOOTHE Botanical Tea Blend


Not only used for its fresh flavour, peppermint assists to cool and calm the gastrointestinal and nervous systems. May help to relieve achey or crampy tummies, nausea, and indigestion.

Lemon Balm

Traditionally used topically to treat wounds and internally to improve mood and promote clarity of thought. Lemon balm is a master soother of overactivity in both the mind and belly.


Soothes, coats, and protects the digestive system. Traditionally used over periods of prolonged stress to tone and nourish the adrenals.

Lemon Grass

As an antispasmodic, lemongrass helps to relax the muscles in the gut, aiding digestion. It's antioxidant properties help promote a healthy internal gut environment, whilst other constituents help support healthy metabolism and blood sugar balance.


Relaxing and subtly sedating, chamomile is great for busy brains and bellies. Known for relieving digestive discomfort associated with stress and anxiety.


With its warming properties, ginger can help reduce bloating and nausea, and soothe an upset stomach. Also known to assist the actions of other herbs when included in a blend.


With digestive and carminative properties, aniseed may help to relieve flatulence and cramping, and promote proper digestion.

Blue Cornflower

Spot the vibrant blue in our blends, this is beautiful blue cornflower. As a gentle bitter tonic with anti-inflammatory properties, blue cornflower can help to stimulate and improve digestion.

Ingredients List

Peppermint (mentha piperita), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra)*, Lemon Grass (Cymbopogon citratus), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Ginger (Zingiber officinale)*, Aniseed (Pimpinella anisum)*, Blue Cornflower (Centaurea cyanus).

*Organic. Non-organic herbs are used when organic herbs are unavailable.

How to prepare...

Steep & Serve

Use 1-2tsp. per 250ml cup. Place in a teapot or strainer and infuse for 5-15 minutes, depending on preferred taste. Enjoy 1-3times daily, hot or cold.

Slow & Strong

Use 2-3tsp. per 250ml cup. Place in a teapot or jar and infuse for 6-8hours or overnight. Strain and keep in the fridge for 48hours. Enjoy cold or top up with hot water.
