
These Collagen ‘Snow’ Balls are rich, coconutty, and loaded with Bone Broth Protein & collagen. The perfect treat for summer snacking, lunchbox stashes, or post-swim treats, they’re no-bake, naturally sweetened, and dangerously easy to polish off straight from the fridge.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. Mitchells Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
- 1 tsp. Bovine Collagen Peptides
- 2½ cups desiccated coconut
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla protein, collagen peptides, desiccated coconut, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and coconut cream. Using a spatula, mix together until sticky.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. You should get about 12-14 from this recipe.
- Place balls on a parchment lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together over a double-boiler on the stove.
- Once chocolate is melted, turn off heat and dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coat evenly and return to the tray.
- Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
