Neapolitan Ice Cream | By Clover Ferments x Mitchells Nutrition

Remember that tub of Neapolitan ice cream you used to fight over as a kid? (Strawberry was always left for dead, let’s be honest.) We’ve given the classic a serious upgrade. High-protein, collagen-packed scoops that actually do something for you. Think creamy Chocolate, dreamy Vanilla, and juicy Strawberry.

Dessert, but make it functional.

Ingredients:

Chocolate
  • 200mls milk of choice
  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp Clover Ferments Beet Kvass
  • 2 Tbsp nut butter (recc. peanut butter!)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey

Natural Vanilla

Real Strawberry

  • 200mls milk of choice
  • 2 Tbsp Real Strawberry Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 Tbsp Clover Ferments Beet Kvass
  • Handful fresh or frozen strawberries
  • Handful of freeze dried strawberries (optional, but recommended)

Instructions (for each flavour):

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Pour mixture into your Ninja Creami container and keep in freezer for at least 24 hours.
  3. Get your frozen blends out of the freezer 10 minutes before you use them.
  4. Spin on the "lite" setting. (If it's crumbly, spin one more time on the "respin" setting.)
  5. Scoop and enjoy!
