  • 2 tablespoons of gelatine
  • 4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen mango (defrosted)
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons Mitchell's Bone Broth Vanilla Protein
  • 2 tablespoons Clover Ferments Turmeric Kvass


  1. Mix gelatine with orange juice and let it bloom.
  2. In a blender, place mango, coconut cream and protein powder and blend until smooth.
  3. In a small saucepan combine the bloomed gelatine with the mango mixture and heat lightly, stirring until the gelatine has dissolved.
  4. Take off the heat and leave to cool slightly then add the turmeric kvass.
  5. Pour into moulds and pop in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours until set.
