What better way to start your Sunday than with a giant bowl of Avo Mousse and Chia seed pudding with Collagen Peptides, one of the best combinations.
I've been using my new Mitchells Collagen Peptides in the chia seed pudding and its been going down quite nicely!
Chia Seed Pudding:
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 scoops of Mitchells Collagen Peptides
1 Can of coconut milk (or you can use half coconut milk and half coconut water)
1 tsp vanilla paste or essence
1TBS rice malt syrup or maple syrup
1. Blend all wet ingredients together and mix well
2. Add the chia seeds mix thoroughly and pop back into the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight
3. After an hour check the consistency, if its look really firm add a dash more liquid and if it's looking too thin pop another sprinkle of this seeds in.
4. You can also play around with adding berries and any other flavours you like!
