Protein Packed Collagen Smoothie (serves 1)
You will need:
1 cup of Almond Milk (or milk or your choice)
2 scoops of Mitchells Bone Broth
3 scoops of Mitchells Collagen Peptides
Half a cup of blueberries
30g serving of pea protein powder (or protein of your choice)
1/2 Banana (optional)
A couple of ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until mixed. Serve in your favourite glass, and enjoy!
