Salted Caramel Chocolate Mousse (Serves 3-4)
2 rows of dark chocolate (melted) + 2 squares for grating
2 tbsp Salted Caramel Protein Powder (30g, 1 serving)
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp maple syrup
Splash of oat milk or milk of your choice
- In a blender add the avocado, melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup and oat milk.
Blend until it is thick and smooth, a little more milk can be added if it's too thick. Serve in a glass jar and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.
