What is the recommended daily dose?
Take 4 - 6 capsules daily with water.
- 4 capsules: 2000mg/day
- 6 capsules: 3000mg/day
Note: It's completely up to you whether you take them all at once or spread them throughout the day. Taking them all at once is optimal, but spreading them out is equally beneficial.
Optional: Capsules can be opened and added to smoothies or meals.
Do you use gelatine or vegetable casing for the capsules?
Gelatine capsules. Great for anyone on a carnivore diet.
Where is your Beef Heart sourced from?
We proudly source our beef organs from 100% grass-fed, grass-finished New Zealand cattle. Our freeze-drying process locks in the full nutrient profile without the need for heat or additives – keeping it as close to nature as possible.

Is Beef Heart safe for babies & children?
Yes! We suggest integrating heart into little ones’ diets from 6 months of age and onwards. For babies, use 1/4 of the adult dose a few times a week. For adults, the dose is 4 capsules, so for babies 6 months and older, it's 1 capsule.
